Hulu iphone app has supposedly been on the horizon for a few months, but I have a feeling Apple won't let it through because it would compete with their tv show pay service. So it ever seeing the light of day in my opinion is doubtful.
I have seen mention of a few hulu downloader apps over the net. You could always download it (at your own risk, re Terms & Conditions) and then copy it to your iphone.
