I saw this new feature being considered for WoW

General

* More character slots might be added but maybe not for Cataclysm.
* You might be able to reorder the characters on your character selection screen at some point.
* There are some ideas for "mentoring" to let people of varied levels play together without powerleveling. Things like downleveling yourself to play with them is a possibility but it might not be for Cataclysm.

Its an interesting concept which could really open up the game, come to think of it I might have seen this somewhere else, just can't put my finger on it....

Big problem I see is of course that they have deleted so much of the old content and replaced it this expansion, so content wise they are pretty light to me.

I'll leave a typical WoW player to sum up my thoughts on it, I really do believe a significant portion of the player base do not know of the games industry outside of Blizzard.

At one of the panels from Blizzcom, they said (in a Q&A, I think) that they're thinking about implementing a system to allow this happen, I think they called it 'Mentoring'.

What a novel idea.
