I've been playing the closed beta. I've only made it to level 10, but flying is really fun. I've done quite a few duels and I've had some fights that lasted so long that they timed out. I hope I can get a character to 25 to experience the abyss before the game, but I doubt it. I like the game a lot, but I'm not sure if it will pull me away from eq2 permanently.

I don't think Aion will be any different, but the game is certainly fun enough to be worth a shot.
