OK, I have been away for a while and it seems all the rage are these so called "aa runs" where low level toons can go through PoF etc. and gain up to 25aa's. Never even heard of AA pots that make this strategy even more efficient.
I was chatting with a guildmate trying to figure this stuff out, he even has one very low level toon - low tier 2 - with 100 AA's.
Someone please enlighten me. Will this also work with toons mentored down to level 10? I was told the closer to 10 the greater potential for huge AA gains. I don't understand this entirely.

I'd imagine that it's simply discovery AAs from running around a high level zone with a low level toon. The AA pots are, I think, some of the veteran reward potions that boost AAXP gain?

Well this basically works if you both combat and quest lock at level 10. You then go on "aa runs" which entail named mob kills in higher level zones. With combat xp off you can basically run up AAs extremely fast being escorted through higher level zones.
thus many lvl 15 toons who spend time doing this can have up to 100 AAs! My only question is how I get AA at 10 if you are 60? I guess AA does not work like xp - you get no xp but you do get AA's. It may be a loophole but it is being exploited big time. Just spend a little time in the 1-9 or 10-20 channel - it is full of requests for AA runs and advertisements providing them for plat.
Those AA's are of coursed banked as only 1 1/2 X level is available but still, leaves you sitting pretty. Basically guarantees you will always have max AA up to the point of getting 200/200.

its really hard for me to determine if this is an exploit or not.
I mean the cap is on (so it isn't immediate) it almost seems like you are really just utilizing the system.
thoughts?

I think this is great. I can work up as many AAs as possible and just pvp to gain levels. my 13 brig has almost 20 aa already. Not POF runs, just quest aa.
