So I did two of the scaleable instances last night and was left thoroughly impressed. Even had the opportunity to see Val, Cyan, and Leko join in my group at different times.
The loot drop rate for ornate chests was absolutely ridiculous. 30 must of dropped in the time we were in just one instance. I left with 5 legendary pieces after one run!
On both occasions my group was unable to complete the zone. The last one to two names are crazy hard - it will take a balanced and well equipped group to complete - I like the challenge! Here is to hoping those boss mobs drop exquisite chests.
So, what is everyone elses take on the expansion so far?

Loving it. First time in a long time I wanted to stay up all night playing EQ2.
I did both the Everfrost Instances last night, I am excited to try some of the other zones/visions tonight.
As Theo said, legendary drops were coming so fast they actually kinda got old. Wondering if the last boss might have a chance to drop exquisite.
Also, still need my first void shard. We also were unable to complete either of the 2 we tried (was with Theo on one).

I spent my 1st night in a new raid zone, Tomb of the Mad Crusader.... Boy we got our asses handed to us, but alot of fun and a good learning exp none the less. The AEs on the trash Mobs were insane. We went in with no information, just picked things up as we went along. I've played Guk in beta, hopefully I can check out some of the other new instances tonight.
