So.. I am thinking about playing some Vanguard on a casual basis (casual for me anyways) and decided I can't really play on PVE anymore, regardless of the game. I played a few hours today and almost hit level 10 on my Kojani Human Paladin. Exp bonus is in effect through like January 5th or so and you can get a flying mount reindeer that hauls ass very early on and make lots of levels over the next week or two. The mount works on the ground or in the air and makes getting around for quests etc... much easier. Also, since the recent updates my computer runs it like a champ. No hitching to speak of - fast framerates 50+ on balanced 90% of the time and the gameplay is actually quite fun. That being said, there are some quests and stuff that would be better suited to a small group. I could use some dps and heals and just good people to have fun with on a casual basis.

If you have ever had a Vanguard subscription they reactivated your accounts so you should be able to play. If you have never played, I think you can either demo it or play it cheap. I have some buddy keys around here somewhere too, if anyone wants one.

There is only one PVP server - Sartok and it's FFA. I figure many of you are going to get Pirates of the Burning Sea and reactivate station access anyway so how bout some Vanguard? Anyone wanna give it a second chance with me on a casual basis? I'm thinking we could stick around the same level range and say try to hit 20 before the exp bonus goes away and then maybe do a level or two a week from there?

I'm still raiding on EQ2 pretty hard core but I need to do something fun. Honestly, raiding isn't always that much fun the way we do it - feels like a second job. I've got max level toons in WOW and EQ2 and feel like I've pretty much seen it all in those games so personally, I need something different. Any takers?

I will try it again...I just got turned off it when I got stuck under a rock for hours and never got out...I wonder if my toon is still there trapped, never to see the light of day again. I don't have Station Access anymore but if my account is active I will give it a go again.
