OK, I'm going insane here... I haven't been playing a MMO on the PC seriously for a couple of months now and I'm starting to lose it. I was hoping we'd be in the Rift beta by now, but no love yet.
What are you guys playing (PC BASED) and do you have room for a consistent 9PMCST - 12AMCST crackhead? Really looking for an extremely active player base, so maybe you guys have some recommendations?
Other than that... when the hell is Diablo III being relased!!1 GAH!!!

Still playing 360 more than pc currently. Although Civ 5 and LOTRO have both been getting some play time as of late. Civ 5 is awesome and beautiful,, it just takes flipping forever to play a game. I am in the middle of writing a big write up about it, will post a link when I get done.
Consolewise finishing up Fable 2 before Fable 3 hits.

I am playing EQ2X nearly every day. I'm in a pretty big guild so there are a good number of peeps to play with. I've been out of the game so long everything is somewhat fresh for me. That's the only thing I've been playing on the PC lately.

EQ2 a lot (both on Runnyeye and also on Kithicor with some friends I made at the Fanfaire). Planetside now and then, I've just not had those sorts of battles to get really into lately.
Just found my Steam account, so fired up DOD:Source, great FPS still going with a few servers, its the same as Planetside though, I cannot quite put my finger on exactly what it is but I either fire a game up and are utterly addicted for hours, or I'm just uninterested after 5 mins. Now and then I dip into Age of Wonders : Shadow magic, a fantasy strategy that I'm hoping since its reappeared on Steam means that they'll produce a sequel.
The only game I'm severly tempted by right now is Civ5, but I just have that feeling that anything short of a free 8 hour day won't be nearly enough ;)

I have probably put 20 hours into it and only played 3 games. With the default settings it is epic. However, amazingly beautiful game.

I'm going to have to give this one a spin, I loved Civ1 (Amiga!) and Civ2 (PS1), Civ3 didn't do it for me so I'm really hoping this one plays as well as it looks.

I took a few steps back from EQ2 and stopped full time raiding. I still playing a few days a week, but a lot more relaxed and casual. Just kinda grouping and helping out the smaller guild my RL family plays in. A good game I picked up for the PSP I've been playing alot, Final Fantasy Tactics. My buddy always raved about it, but I didnt have the patience to play it back in high school when he did. About a quarter of the way through the looonngg game but quite enjoying it. Yes I know I should have played this 10 years ago lol. Other then that I play a lot of Wii with my 3 year old daughter, but nothing seriously on that console at the moment...until Donkey Kong Country Returns comes out next month. I know I'm missing out on some good PS3 games too atm, but the last few months my PS3 has been purely a BluRay Player.

One of my favorite games of all time. Still play it on PSP. I would love to see it ported to ipad/iphone, just seems like the perfect device for it. **EDIT: Looks like we might be seeing it soon: Quote:We have already seen a ton of Final Fantasy content on the iPhone and iPad from developer Square Enix including a 3D photo gallery and classic titles like Final Fantasy I & II. The developer revealed during E3 that popular PS1 and PSP title Final Fantasy Tactics: The War of Lions will be coming to iPhone and the App Store on September 15th. No word on pricing as of yet.
