Well I am late to the game with overclocking but thought I would look into stepping up my GPU. Seems everyone uses Riva Tuner so i download - very complex at first glance.

However, this guide is absolutely excellent! http://www.vaguesoft.com/users/dwood/blog/tutorials/rivatuner2/

This may be old news to all of you but it is all new to me. Considering most GPU's ship underclocked to ensure stability a couple free apps - Rivatuner then ATItools to check stability - these two apps can easily and quickly give you a free 10 to 25% performance boost.
