there is a doorway you can purchase for your house from a city merchant which ports you to guild hall.
There is an item from one of the quest chains in Stonebrunt that ports you there - edit - only ports from within zone, I have one from hua mein village in Sundered and one from Qeuele (sp?) in Stonebrunt. Both are limited to within their respective zones. Now I am interested in other house items with port abilities beyond guild door.
Not sure about other house items that may send you other places
