What Xebnok Does
* Level 85.
* Has 2 linked adds at first, epic, called "an undead tormenter". They taunt the tank onto them immediately with Vexing Taunt.
* They have a big knock-up.
* When Xebnok is damaged, has a chance to proc Intimidating Presence, an elemental debuff. When this is on you, combat arts will not land.
* Tank is charmed, after roughly 20 seconds into the fight, and on a regular basis after that. The charm also grants you a special attack that actually makes you dangerous to those you hit while charmed. Charm lasts for 15 seconds or so (forgot exact timer). debuff below
* Mental Breakdown seems to be randomly cast on people. It perma-stuns the person it hits, constantly refreshing on termination.
* Pungent Salts, harvested from the naga room, can be used to cure Mental Breakdown.
* Spawns heroic "an undead detonator" adds during the fight.
* If they are still alive 20 seconds or so after spawning, they will cast Corpse Detonation, a raid-wiping AoE
* They have a big knock-up.
* They do not aggro automatically and must be pulled.
* Casts Overwhelming Intimidation AoE, an uncurable arcane. When hit, you will either be feared (if close), stunned (if further), or stifled (if further), guarenteed. It's also a nuke and power drain.
* When this AoE hits, Xebnok says, "Slay your comrades, I COMMAND YOU!" and then charms the tank.
* Casts Winds of Asphyxia, a curable noxious power drain and damage DoT AoE.
* Casts Spinning Fury, a short-range melee AoE with knockback.
* Deaths heal the named.
* Timers:
o Overwhelming Intimidation: 45 seconds / not affected by timer mods / can be used to time charm as well
o Winds of Asphyxia: 43 seconds
o Spinning Fury: 40 seconds
Strat
* 3 tanks will be needed.
* OT pulls and taunts the adds first, and eats Vexing Taunt. Adds are tanked by the door in the room.
* MT intercepts named after pull. Named is tanked more or less where he stands.
* Massive burn the adds. We have about 20 seconds to do so before the MT is charmed
* MT is charmed, and OT takes over on named until MT charm wears off.
* Just before the next charm hits, one of the OTs snaps the named off the MT. The OT tanks it until he gets charmed, after which the named should go back to the MT.
* OT snapping Xebnok off MT so OT gets the charm is repeated until the named is dead.
* When detonator adds spawn, a person assigned to pulling detonators finds them and pulls them into the raid, an offtank picks them up, and the raid quickly AoE burns them
* A scout should keep tracking open the whole fight to announce when detonators are up.
* Be sure to burn them fast, otherwise the raid will be wiped by Corpse Detonation.
* Grab pungent salts before the fight starts. Watch your group window to see if someone in your group gets an uncurable arcane on them. This is Mental Breakdown. Cure them of it quickly with the pungent salts.
* Call out or /shout macro when you have Mental Breakdown, and someone can attempt to cure you with pungent salts.
* Cure noxious quickly, to minimize power drain.
* Pay attention to the charm and out calls. If you are melee and DPSing the named, joust out on charm (Overwhelming Intimidation AoE hits then), Winds of Asphyxia AoE, and Spinning Fury AoE. All 3 of those AoEs hurt a lot if you are in when they hit.
* An alternative is OT and MT can be switched at first. MT pulls adds, OT pulls named, and MT takes over named when OT charmed.
Hits you when dead. 1-shots raid on termination. Linked to detonator adds .
Perma-stun. Constantly refreshes itself on termination. Can be cured with pungent salts.
Harvested from water in naga room.
Uncurable arcane AoE nuke and power drain, with control effects that change based on distance from named.
Curable noxious AoE power drain and damage DoT.
Charm that makes you dangerous.
