So I am getting back into EQ2 and need to catch up with everyone. I am currently 77 and wanted to know everyone's opinion of where the best place to grind out quest or mobs solo. The last couple of nights I have found myself in Fins doing quest...It was ok but had trouble doing some of the quest. I have been out for about a year so if there is come new zone or instance anyone can think of please let me know. Also, if you are online and want to help a brother out send me a tell. I generally play from 10 to 12 at night. EST

I'm no power leveller with my 20 days played journey to 80, but at least for me I found the Moors of Ykesha needed level 77 and was good, I cleared a lot of that out along with Kunzar jungle and a few in Skyfire mountains I had missed out. Not the fastest strategy but it was enjoyable, level 78 onwards too its possible to get into PUGs heading to Deep Forge to still get shards, although that will be quieter now (been in a few on Runnyeye still though).
The only thing I wish I had done though before hitting level 80 was to make sure I had the right factions maxxed out for my epic, I had missed two out myself so ended up doing a week or so of questing to get it. Since the buffs from the epic can still be kept it sounds like that's still something well worth completing.

Definitely do reef faction in KJ - you need faction for ranger epic and they are quick quests
