So there are two variables in what I am about to say:
1.) Last weekend I wiped my main rig completly and did a clean refresh on everything. 2.) GU 52 and it shadow engine update
One, or both, of the things above have quite literally given me a 25% increase in my game speed. I am honestly floored. It is amazing how much faster the game is for me now.
Kudos to SOE if it was #2. Very impressed.

I did a Windows Re-install myself a few weeks ago and I noticed a HUGE Difference. But I thought it was just my computer.

Logged into EQ2 last night and saw absolutely no difference at all, but then again they've delayed the launch of GU52 in Europe thanks to some translation issues even though I play on an English speaking realm and most Europeans seem to too, I saw the new EQ2 producer posted on there about possibly including Runnyeye and Splitpaw in with the US launch in future.
Really looking forward to it now hearing this though since my current computer is struggling to display it on the really high detail modes.

I started on the Lavastorm mount quests last night and I personally did not notice a change at all, in fact, it was a little more laggy that usual. Maybe it was just the zone, or maybe my PC, but I did notice it multiple times last night. Probably just me I guess.
