Are you thinking about moving to LOTRO? If so, what server? I'm back into EQ1 myself. Took my cleric from 40 to 56 in the last few days.

Is anyone on here playing it? Those Massively guys - Brent, Michael etc... all seem to be digging it. Seems to be the FOTM.

When I did play it at open, it was very fun and very well put together. I think I quit playing it because it just got grindy and tedious in the 20s.

Yes, I've thought about getting it for myself for christmas, but I also heard that "founder referrals" give you some sort of discount. Or if I could swindle a "lifetime membership" for a discount, I thought that would be a great deal also.
I'm still in EQ, actually having a really good time. With the implementing of "mercs", I've been able to be totally non-dependent on anyone. I have a tank merc and a cleric merc and I run with a monk/shammy combo, it's been a great time to be able to experience everything (minus raiding) in EQ. I've been gone from there so long that I run into new things almost every day. I'm having a good time there.
I really just thought about trying out LOTRO, I believe it's got a base foundation and I hear it's really a good game, though not too terribly much to it.
I'm on Tunare in EQ1 if anyone is around there.
