I find this kind of laughable just because it seems like an answer to Conan's 400k sales report of a few days ago being the '
best selling pc game release'. (Note: I don't believe the Conan numbers either). But this post about EQ2 just seems laughable because most of the people I know quit or have slowed their game participation BECAUSE OF of this last expansion:
Rise of Kunark can now put one more feather in its cap: the best selling EverQuest II expansion feather. After a strong pre-order and successful critical reception, it seems like Kunark is SOE's golden boy expansion. We suppose it also helped that buying Rise of Kunark also netted the purchaser every expansion plus the original game.
