See in game commands, listed below. Note: I also read you can do a / TAB to get a list in game. Supposedly you can retrain your skill points by Alt-clicking the - sign as well for free. Haven't tested either out though.

I don't know about other classes, but Conquerers have kind of a formation buff that they can set when in a group.
