http://www.google.com/sky.For thouse of you who have no idea what your looking at i'll give a quick walk threw
If you zoom out far enought you get something like the image below. Since most of us live in the northern 1/2 of the world you really can only see the top 1/2 of the map. I circle 3 thing on the map. The one in Dark blue is Andromeda Galaxy which you can see with the unaided eye in the northern hemispher. The light blue one is the Large Magellanic Cloud and the other light blue one is the Small Magellanic Cloud there small galaxy that are being pulled in to ours. The one in red near the top you can see the big dipper, it Also Hubbles Deep feild

You can see the big dipper here. Even in this picture you can see some of the cool thing that are near it. The thing i circle is galaxy that look cool when you zoom up close to it. You can see farther away ones also close to it.

Next to the bottom left star of the bowl of the big dipper is another cool galaxy

And in the zoomed out picture you probabaly saw a thing that looks like a Sin curve going accross the entier map. That the Milky way. This is near the center of our Galaxy. A large cloud of dust cover most of it from view. That why there a black thing in the middle of it.
